Have you heard about the traitor DoD which has made a law without Congress stating the military can be turned on their own countrymen to shoot them. That is illegal. The National Guard is suppose to be called out for riots, not the military, EVER. This can get scary. George Washington would freak out at what this evil, criminal administration is allowing to happen. The National Guard swears allegiance to the Constitution. That is their first mandate. If someone violates the Constitution, their job is to protect it. No one, not even the President, can violate the Constitution with impunity. And manipulating the weather? Seriously? Give your head a shake.
